HOP Christmas Service -

Any HOP Kids-aged child (2 years old and up)

Registration opens on November 7th and ends November 21st.

We’ll have four rehearsals to prepare.

• Tuesday, Dec 2 — 5:30–8:00 PM

• Monday, Dec 8 — 5:30–8:00 PM

• Sunday, Dec 14 — 4:30–7:30 PM

• Saturday, Dec 20 — 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (final mandatory rehearsal)

5. Nativity Finale (All participants together!)

Children must attend at least 2 of the first 3 rehearsals, plus the final mandatory one. 

• Don’t worry — rehearsals won’t be three hours long for every child!

• For the first three rehearsals, we’ll break the five scenes into 30-minute time slots, and your child will only be called for the blocks that include their scene. 

• Once registration is closed, you will be notified via text which scene and time block your child will be needed for. 

Parent Guardian Notes:

• A parent or guardian must attend every rehearsal with their child(ren).

• Please handle your child’s bathroom breaks, snacks, and general safety.

• Kids must be potty-trained (unless a parent is present to assist).

• For the final Saturday rehearsal, please pack a lunch for your child.

• We ask families to create simple, handmade costumes.

• If you need help, we’re happy to assist — just note that on the registration form.

• A few donation costumes may be available for support.

• Childcare will be open only for children participating in the service.

• Kids will be organized by age or scene, with HopKids leaders and volunteers supervising.

• Between stage times, kids can enjoy approved Christmas movies, popcorn, and snacks.

• We’ll have team liaisons helping move kids safely between classrooms and stage.
